Enrollment Qualifications:

Individual must not have criminal history
Individual must have decent knowledege of technology or related metaphysical field.
Individual must submit a research site for training and investigation. Trainee will provide all research on site prior to SCPIR investigation.
Individual must submit to team peer review.
