Historic Sites

The Shadow Chasers have worked with regional historical sites to provide fundraising efforts, as well as to raise awareness of the history they are preserving.

Throughout their time as an organization the Shadow Chasers have worked with numerous historical sites in helping them to preserve their history, through bringing awareness to the sites, and helping financially through fundraisers. The Shadow Chasers utilize the popularity of the paranormal in media to help draw attention to the history of local sites. While not stating that these sites are haunted, they use the paranormal as a framework through which history is viewed, and comes alive. The Shadow Chasers have worked with the Jefferson County Historical Society, the Rome Historical Society, the Remsen-Steuben Historical Society, the Capitol Theater in Rome, NY, all to help preserve their history.
